Our 2022 Season is now finished. Look out in October 2023 for our next season. This option exists only for orders over 2kgs.
Our freshly picked asparagus is available for free pickup from our farm gate on 112B Hepburns Rd, Ashburton or alternatively we can courier to you direct.
Asparagus always tastes best when cooked the day of purchase. If that's not possible then we recommend that you store as you would cut flowers.
Trim the bottom of the spears and then stand up in a glass or jar with about 2cm of water. Cover with a plastic bag then refrigerate them for up to 4-5 days
